Lundy Manor Wine Cellars is the first and only estate winery in Niagara Falls, set on 60 acres of serene vineyard landscape. The grand château- style manor is surrounded by rolling vines, lush greenery and peaceful natural beauty. Guests can enjoy handcrafted wines in an elegant, timeless setting that blends European charm with the breathtaking scenery of Niagara.

WINEMAKER PROFILE
Adam was the first member to join our team in 2015, to establish what is now known as Lundy Manor Wine Cellars. He began developing the brand, planting vineyards and sourcing equipment for our first harvest in 2016. Prior to this, he was a winemaker in the Prince Edward County where he gained invaluable experience working directly with the soils and climate that make the region’s wines so unique. He became a Certified Sommelier through the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers in 2011 and has worked for some of the top wineries in Niagara, Prince Edward County and New Zealand. Adam is a graduate of Niagara College’s Winery & Viticulture program.
