WINEMAKER PROFILE
Marc Pistor is an experienced winemaker and educator based in Ontario’s Niagara Region. He holds a B. Sc. In Oenology and Viticulture from Brock University and a B. Ed. from Nippissing University. In his winemaking, Marc seeks to create wines that celebrate the distinct character inherent in our region’s grapes through innovative styles and expressions, crafted with a focus on the consumer. He is a student of winemaking in Ontario, constantly seeking to improve his skills and to use the knowledge to ensure great wine experiences in every bottle.
