Join Helena McKinney from In Fine Feather Yoga for a lunch time movement session at the Vineland Research Center in front of Foreign Affair Winery. Helena will guide students through a 30 minute yoga session that will restore the body and calm the mind. Take 30 minutes from your day to move in nature and connect with your community. This class is suitable for students of all levels and safe for beginners. Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle. Class is weather pending, for updates on cancellations due to the weather visit @in_finefeatheryoga on Instagram. This class is being offered by donation, so pay what you can.
