An evening of introspection, movement, connection, and community. Come as you are, all ages and abilities welcome. Meditate, practice, and mingle over wine and cheese. Tanya Grace leads 45 minutes of yoga followed by mingling and a Georgian Bay sunset. Weekly in September on the 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th. Ticket price of $25+tax includes the class and a glass of your choice.
