VQA Wines of Ontario is excited to invite wine fans and food lovers to participate in our next instalment of the #VQAatHome Live Chef Sessions with the return of Pastry Chef, cookbook author and media host Chef Anna Olson, and professor at the Canadian Food & Wine Institute, Chef Michael Olson!
Our third session will take place on Thursday, September 23rd at 6:00pm ET. Anna and Michael are once again inviting wine and food enthusiasts into their home kitchen studio, where they will take us through a series of harvest-inspired recipes just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday! Each course will be paired perfectly with a local Ontario VQA wine style. The menu and recipes will be provided in the coming weeks.
