Celebrate the start of our 50th anniversary year and join us on Saturday, April 13th for an evening of exquisite food, event exclusive library/barrel wines, and stories from our Proprietor Lou Puglisi and Winemaker Fred DiProfio.

Our 5-Course Dinner partnered with Stoute Catering will include:
Reception: Sparkling Wine with hors d’oeuvres.
First Course: Pan-seared scallop and shrimp, infused with a tomato, orange, and ginger butter sauce. Sweet pea purée. Paired with our: Bella Terra Fumé Blanc.
Second Course: Caramelized duck with pickled brussels sprouts and diakon. Topped with a berry Cabernet sauce. Paired with our: 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon (Event Exclusive).
Third Course: Lamb lollipops dusted with allspice. Lentil and pickled red cabbage, topped with a maple demi-glace. Paired with our: 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon.
Fourth Course: Korean beef short ribs, braised in jus with roasted root vegetables, accompanied with asparagus. Paired with our: 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon, and a barrel sample of our 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon (Event Exclusive).
Fifth Course: Chocolate torte topped with caramelized pumpkin seeds, fruit, topped with a berry glaze.
