Introducing Calamus Estate Winery Stargazing Nights 2024.

Experience an evening of Great Wine, Great Food, Great Views, and Great live music!

Stargaze with Calamus’s local astronomers in the Chronos Tower observatory and through other telescopes setup in front of the vineyard.

 We start with a complimentary signature cocktail!.

Event starts 6:00 p.m.
Buffet dinner starts at 7:30 p.m.
Live music from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Lemon Kale Salad-chopped kale marinated in lemon olive oil, Romano cheese, shaved grana Padano with sweet roasted walnuts on the side

-Asiago Ceaser Salad-crispy romaine tossed in dressing with rosemary focaccias, crisp bacon and padona

Pasta

Cheese Tortellini with arugula and oven-dried tomatoes in a truffle cream sauce

Chicken Sorento

Prosciutto and fior di latte with a fig jam

Seared Salmon

Dry seared salmon with a lemon white wine butter sauce

Seasonal Vegetables

Freshly sliced seasonal vegetables grilled with olive oil and fresh herbs.

Bar Service

The retail store will be open for the entire evening for you to purchase wine by the bottle (no corkage fees, at retail pricing) or by the glass.  Bottled beer and alcohol menu also available to be purchased by the glass.  Cash, credit and debit accepted in retail store.

$89 per person plus HST.$10 off for 365 Wine Club Membership. Note: You are seated outside in our covered event venue overlooking the waterfall gardens and vineyard. Seating takes place for tables of 2 on our wrought iron tables, for tables over 4 will be seated at our beautiful wooden harvest tables. If you are attending with a group and book separately, please include the names in the “Notes” section when ordering your tickets. Groups over 8 will be placed next to each other..
