Sauvignon Blanc – The aromas and flavours are bright and fresh with classic gooseberry notes on the nose and palate. Fermented in only stainless steel of course, with only a very, very small touch of residual sugar.

Rosé – The wine was fermented bone dry and the pleasantly sour notes and backbone of acidity are refreshing on the palate. A rare red grape variety was used to produce this wine, making it the only Dornfelder Rosé in Canada!
