Join Cave Spring, Malivoire & Redstone to experience all that ‘The Benchlands’ has to offer from the vines, through the cellar to your glass. Approx. 4 hours | $195 per Guest | 6 Guests Maximum (minimum 4 guests on Saturday) Available Friday through Sunday.
*Your own transportation will be required between the properties
11:00am – The Ultimate Cave Spring Experience:
Your experience will begin with a glass of our exquisite Blanc de Blancs Brut to invigorate the palate. Venture into our iconic vineyard and stroll through our home farm with over four decades of grape growing under your feet. Settle in for a private and exclusive tasting experience, in the most beautiful spot at CSV, nestled below the stunning Niagara Escarpment. Taste our top-tiered wines while we share the Pennachetti story, our progressive integrated farming practices, and winemaking philosophies.*Appropriate footwear required for vineyard walk *Alternate experience will be offered during inclement weather
12:00pm – Malivoire Wine Cellar Experience:
An engaging and educational tour of our certified sustainable, gravity-fed* winery will take you on a journey through our winemaking process. From the crush pad to our barrel cellar, we’ll guide you from grape to glass with a selection of limited edition vintages. Our wine ambassador will provide the story behind every wine you taste, while regaling you with 25 years of Malivoire lore. This exclusive experience will be highlighted by a sample direct from the barrel to get to give you a glimpse of a wine-to-be. You’ll follow the journey of the wine from tank, to barrel, to bottle, and to glass. *stairs are required; please contact us if you have accessibility concerns.
1:00pm – Redstone Wine & Dine Experience:
Enjoy a 3-course lunch at Redstone’s restaurant with a menu created by Executive Chef David Sider and his team. The menu will be expertly paired with our premium wines to complete your journey from the vineyard to the glass. Overlooking our red clay soil vineyard, learn about the Redstone story while being guided through a wine and food pairing by our knowledgeable staff.
