A long-awaited moment is upon us. Join us for the thrilling debut of 2020 Stratus Cabernet Franc and 2021 Stratus Chardonnay, the first wines to be crafted in clay Amphora from Stratus.
Hosted at the Gardiner Museum in Toronto where all things clay and ceramics are on showcase, these two wines encapsulate history, time, place and the future. Curated tours of exhibit Magdalene Odundo’s “A Dialogue with Objects” will be available at select times throughout the reception.
You are welcome to join us for the Tasting Reception from 6-8pm to experience the new wines, or stay and dine for our Winemaker’s Dinner at 8pm onwards for a more in-depth discovery of how Amphora fermented and aged wines pair with food in the Terrace Room following the tasting.
