Join Chef Jason Parsons and his culinary team for an Exclusive Pairing Experience “Unsung Heros” dinner; a celebration of the unsung heroes and the hidden gems in food and wine.
The dinner will be hosted in our Private Dining Room. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a glass of Peller Estates Signature Series Ice Cuvée. You’ll be seated at a communal table and enjoy a 5-course tasting menu with delicious wine pairings. Our chefs will introduce each course and a wine expert from our restaurant team will introduce each pairing.
