Experience icewine in new and exciting ways! Our Estate Sommelier (and budding mixologist) will guide you through the use of icewine in the creation of some delightful cocktails. You will watch the preparation of these unique libations, and then taste them as well! The recipes for these delicious drinks will be provided, so you can make your favourites at home.
