2020 Premium Cabernet Franc Rose

Bronze Medal Winner, National Wine Awards of Canada This crisp, refreshing and fruity 100% Cabernet Franc Rose shows lovely aromas of raspberries, strawberries, cranberries and sour cherries. The delicate red and black-fruit flavours are beautiful balanced with soft tannins and natural acidity. The grapes were harvested from three Niagara-on-the-Lake vineyards with juice left on the skins, pulp and seeds for 18 hours before fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank.
