Sekt is the German term for a sparkling wine, so we're getting straight to the point when we call this Sekt in a Bottle. Despite the big nose of lychee and tropical fruits, this is a surprisingly dry wine that keeps you coming back for more. Made in the Charmat method with an early secondary fermentation to preserve the aromatics.
