Harvested from vineyards within the Niagara Peninsula, blend consists of 49.4% Merlot, 48.5% Gamay Noir, 1.1 % Cabernet Sauvignon, 1% Cabernet Franc. A bright purple garnet colour with a fruit-forward bouquet of dark plum and black cherry, accented by a touch of spice and oak. . A smooth medley of red fruit flavours, along with a note of black tea and spice linger on the finish. Pairs well with grilled red meats; mushroom lasagna and bean stews. Drink young and fresh.
