De-stemmed and pressed, then fermented in 50% stainless steel and 50% neutral barrel. Aged in 100% neutral oak barrel. Soft red apple greets the nose with flower and stone characteristics filling in the background. Mouth is full with white tree fruit, soft vanilla/butterscotch tones, and balanced acidity. Finish is bright and refreshing.
