Chef Paresh of Personal Touch Eatery and Catering is teaming up with Alton Farms Estate Winery to bring you 5 different Local summer-time meals paired with Alton Farms Estate Wines.
Wednesday Evenings, 5-8, July 31 to Aug 28, on our covered patio.
We are getting full but have some evenings available – so
Single evenings are now open for booking.
However, we still want to make this your event of the summer, so book all 5 dinners and save $75 over booking each individually!

– Angus Creek Farm’s Flank Steak served over a Aslan Organic’s Market Salad and a Chimichurri Sauce
paired with Alton Farms Meritage Blend – Runa Red

– Kebab Spiced Copper Flat’s Bison Co. Bison Burger with a Seasonal Fruit Chutney, Cucumber Raita, Crispy Onions and Mango Ginger Wensleydale with a side of Masala Potato Chips
paired with Alton Farms Baco Noir – Bacchus

– Oven Roasted Jack Pine Meadow Chicken Sausage with Peppers & Onions, served over Polenta topped w/ Great Lakes Goat Dairy Asiago

– Moroccan Spiced Grilled Jack Pine Meadow Lamb Chops served over Cous-Cous Salad with Dried Fruit and Toasted Seeds, topped with a Huron Coast Trading Co Pomegranate Balsamic and Pickled Turnip Tahini Sauce and Pomegranate Seeds
paired with Alton Farms Cabernet Franc

Pricing and details:
-Pay for all 5 dinners in our series (in advance):
$50 per dinner – total 250 plus tax ($282.50).
For a Total Savings of $75 over single dinners.
-Pay for 3 of the dinners in our series (in advance):
$55 per dinner – $165 plus tax ($186.45).
For a Total Savings of $30 over single dinners.
-Individual dinners can now be booked and paid for: $65 plus tax (which includes wine).
-New non-wine option:
Individual dinners can now be booked and paid for: $40 plus tax (excludes wine).

Note 1: We are not using eventbrite, or similar platforms, for this booking as we are trying to save you the extra fees!
Note 2: Tips are not included in this charge and can be left directly at Alton Farms each night.
Note 3: Booking is non-refundable, but you can transfer your dinner night to another person if you cannot make it.
Note 4: If the weather is poor, dinner will be moved inside the event space at Alton Farms.
