The Glassware Tasting session will be led by Bill Redelmeier in the Oak Room. We will be using the Reidel Performance tasting sets.In addition to the four glasses in the set, we’ll also use our regular Riedel glass and an ISO glass as our control. We will taste at least four wines, several times, in several different glasses and we will have a small cheese plate to help reset palates. There will be a spittoon – amazingly, you don’t have to swallow the wine to notice the difference – and water both for rinsing your glasses and for drinking.
