Our guests for this evening will be part of a vertical presentation of the past, present and future vintages of our most iconic red wines – the full Appassimento Cabernet Franc and Gran Q. The first time these wines have been poured together for guests.

The evening begins with a champagne toast and delectable hors d’oeuvres.

Albacore Tuna Tartare / Smoked Salmon Brioche / Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta

Guests will then be seated for dinner featuring the 2012, 2015 and 2016 vintages of two of our most iconic 100% Appassimento wines – the Cabernet Franc and Gran Q. Accompanied by live music from    Sandy Vine.

The wines will be expertly paired with a multi course dinner by Chef Erik Peacock of Wellington Court Restaurant.

Smoked Duck ~ red wine dates, Niagara tomato, ricotta, greens

with Cabernet Franc 2015 & Gran Q 2015

Braised Oxtail ~ red wine risotto, crisp mushroom and lemon salad, fresh parmesan, rich olive oil

with Cabernet Franc 2016 & Gran Q 2016

Ribeye of Bison ~ labneh, local pearl onion, radish, dukkah

with Cabernet Franc 2012 & Gran Q 2012

The evening will finish with a shared artisanal cheese selection. This event is an opportunity to treat your palate to the very best as well as a chance to access our library cellar of Cabernet Franc and Gran Q vintages otherwise unavailable!
