This dry white wine is cool fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged sur lees for 4 months. Aromas of fresh apple and cantaloupe with notes of peach cobbler, citrus and lavender. Lovely green apple, Niagara peach flavours with a mineral undercurrent and a clean fresh finish.
