Since 1994 Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants have worked with Cave Spring to produce a line of proprietary wines for their flagship restaurants. Among these are Biff’s Juicy Red, named after O&B’s stylish Biff’s Bistro in Toronto. Cave Spring and The Inn On The Twenty chef Frank Romano, welcome guest chef Amanda Ray from Biff’s.
